I highly recommend the podcast Radio Worldview. They just finished a two part series on Meritocracy, which is the assignment of social position based on merit, ability, or character rather than on wealth, family, or race. The first part of the series focuses on politics and race and the second half of the show gives a historical foundation for the American Meritocracy.

Bill Jack and Jeff Baldwin verbally play off each other in a wonderful way and bring alive the most important discussion of how to “take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:5).
